Your staff portal shows the schedule connected to your support-staff record. You do not need access to the coordination workspace.

Get started

1

Open your invitation

Use the invitation sent to the email address recorded against your staff profile. Complete the account sign-in process using that same address.
2

Open the staff portal

After authentication, SupportWise directs an account with a linked staff assignment to the portal. If you have more than one assignment, select the relevant school or assignment when offered.
3

Check the selected date

Confirm the date before relying on the schedule. Published daily changes can differ from the master timetable.
4

Allow notifications if desired

If your device supports them and your school uses push notifications, enable notifications from the portal. The browser will ask for permission.

When your schedule changes

The portal reflects published daily decisions. A coordinator may reassign, remove or add support for a particular date without changing your ongoing master timetable.
If a coordinator says a change has been made but you cannot see it, refresh the portal and confirm that you are looking at the correct school and date. The coordinator may still need to publish the working plan.

Notify the school that you are absent

When your school has enabled staff absence notifications, the portal provides an absence action. Follow Send an absence notification. This notifies coordinators; it does not itself reassign your scheduled support.
