Work through affected sessions
For each uncovered session, choose an available replacement or record that no extra support is required. SupportWise displays availability and current period assignments to help identify conflicts. Saved decisions enter the working plan and are not yet visible to staff. The Saved decisions section keeps completed work visible while you continue through the day.Send the plan
When every decision has been reviewed, select Send plan updates to staff. The working plan becomes the current staff plan and notifications are created where applicable. If you need to return to the master timetable, select Reset to planned timetable, review the resulting reset, then send it. Staff continue seeing the last published plan until that reset is sent.Your workspace may show a reminder or automatically send waiting drafts at the configured time. The banner states which behaviour applies.
