SupportWise uses different entry paths for coordination users, support staff and teachers.
Use the main SupportWise login page. After sign-in, you are taken to the administrative workspace when your account has school access.

If you belong to more than one school

SupportWise remembers an active workspace on the device. Check the workspace selector before making changes. You can also set a default workspace under User Settings.

If you see onboarding

Onboarding appears when SupportWise cannot yet choose an available workspace for your authenticated account. Depending on your invitation, you may be able to:
  • accept or claim a pending school invitation;
  • enter a supplied claim code; or
  • select another existing school workspace.
Do not create a new school workspace merely because an expected workspace is missing. First confirm that the invitation was sent to the same email address used to sign in.
Confirm that the sign-in link was opened completely and has not expired. Try requesting a fresh link, then use the same browser rather than copying only part of the URL.
Ask a coordinator to confirm the invitation email and its status. Staff should also confirm that their staff record is linked to the account email.
Your available membership, staff assignment and teacher link determine the destination. Follow Roles and access, then ask a coordinator to inspect the relevant record.
