Linked Support Staff sign in through the main SupportWise login. If your account is linked to more than one school, choose the school before loading its timetable. The portal shows a weekly timetable, grouped by day and period. Each allocation includes the learner and its current status. A free period is labelled Free. Use the previous and next controls to change week and the theme control to switch appearance. Only published daily changes appear in the portal. Coordinator working drafts are not visible. When a published timetable update is available, the portal displays a notice and refreshes the affected allocation. For quicker access on a phone or tablet, install the portal when the browser offers it. On iPhone or iPad, use Share → Add to Home Screen.
