Open Daily Operations → Live Day Board for a period-by-period view of the selected date.
Select a learner session to open its decision panel. You can:
- assign an available Support Staff member;
- mark that no support is needed;
- restore the planned staff member; or
- save a replacement as a draft.
Unavailable staff cannot be selected. Staff who already have work in that period are identified so you can review the overlap.
Drafts are grouped in a Working plan banner. Use Discard changes to abandon the drafts without changing what staff see, or send the plan when all changes are ready. The Live Day Board and Daily Organisation use the same working plan, so decisions saved in one appear in the other.
