If your workspace has Groups & commitments enabled, open Timetabling → Groups & Commitments.

Create an intervention group

  1. Enter a group name, with an optional programme and default location.
  2. Select Create group.
  3. Find learners and add them to the group.
  4. Schedule sessions by choosing the staff member, period, date range and recurrence.
Scheduled sessions reserve the assigned Support Staff member and appear as protected time in the Timetable Builder.

Protect other staff time

Use Protect staff time for duties, meetings, administration or other work that makes a staff member unavailable. Give the block a clear title and optional location so coordinators understand the conflict.
Deleting an intervention group permanently removes its membership and scheduled sessions. SupportWise requires the displayed confirmation phrase before deletion.
