A successful sync means SupportWise received and processed the selected source data. Coordinators should still reconcile visible counts and sample records before planning.
Understand SupportWise
How information flows
See how school data becomes planned and published support.
LISS can supply timetable-related source information, while CSV imports can maintain learner and Support Staff directories. Coordinators review imported data before using it for planning.
The Timetable Builder creates the school’s planned support. Absences and daily decisions do not rewrite that underlying plan; they create dated changes. Those changes remain coordinator-only until they are sent.
Staff and Teacher portals read the current published view appropriate to the signed-in person. If a working plan has not been sent, portal users continue to see the previous current plan.
