A CSV row is rejected

Download a fresh export and compare its headers and formatting with the rejected row. Check required names, email formatting, Boolean values and the accepted working-days format. Correct the source file and preview it again.

An existing person was duplicated

An import without the exported record ID can be treated as a new row. Use Upsert with preserved IDs when updating exported records. Review duplicates in the directory before deleting anything.

A synced person is missing

Check the most recent LISS Sync History, then confirm the person exists in the source system with the expected identifier. A successful connection does not guarantee that every optional record was selected or suitable for import.

A Teacher cannot access the portal

Confirm the teacher is active, has a reliable email and has the expected teacher code or source match. Then verify that Teacher portal access is enabled.
CSV imports add or update records; they do not bulk-delete records.
