Core setup, people directories, Timetable Builder, absences, Daily Organisation, Live Day Board and account notifications are part of the coordination workflow.
The following capabilities appear only when enabled for the workspace:
- Teacher portal access
- Staff absence notifications
- Groups & commitments
- Automatic daily draft publishing
Some controls also require suitable source data. For example, timetable planning needs configured periods and learners; Teacher portal access needs linked teacher records and reliable email addresses.
If a documented page or action is missing, first check the active workspace and its settings. Contact SupportWise support if the setting is unavailable or does not match your school’s agreed configuration.
