Useful navigation behaviours

  • The active school controls which records appear throughout the coordination workspace.
  • User Settings controls your default workspace and light/dark appearance.
  • Search and filters on directory pages affect the visible list, not the underlying records.
  • Some navigation entries appear only when the corresponding workspace capability is enabled.
  • Legacy links may redirect to the current page name.
Before editing data, say the school name and selected date to yourself. Those two checks prevent many accidental changes.
