SupportWise helps a school maintain a planned learner-support timetable and safely adjust that plan when circumstances change.

The three experiences

Coordination workspace

Administrative workspace for setup, people, timetabling, absences and daily decisions.

Staff portal

Personal schedule and published updates for linked support staff.

Teacher portal

Passwordless view of the support attached to a teacher’s classes.

From setup to the school day

The master timetable represents planned support. Daily Organisation creates changes for a selected date without rewriting the underlying long-term plan. Changes remain a working draft until they are published.
New coordinators should complete Set up your workspace in the right order before building allocations.
