Your guided path
1
Sign in and select the school
Sign in with your SupportWise account. If you belong to multiple school workspaces, choose the one you intend to change. See Sign in and reach your workspace.
2
Configure the school calendar
Add the term structure, then configure periods. Timetable views depend on these dates and bell times.
3
Choose workspace capabilities
Review workspace settings. Enable teacher access, staff absence notifications, groups and daily publishing behaviour only when your school is ready to use them.
4
Bring in people and timetable data
Configure LISS when available, or add/import learners and support staff manually.
5
Invite the right people
Invite administrators through User Management. Link and invite support staff from the staff directory. Teachers use their LISS-linked teacher record and email.
6
Build planned support
Use the Timetable Builder to allocate support. If enabled, add groups and commitments.
7
Run a daily change
Record absences, resolve affected allocations in Daily Organisation, review the Live Day Board, then publish the finished plan.
Start-of-day checklist
- Confirm the selected date and school workspace.
- Record known staff absences.
- Review every impacted support allocation.
- Save replacement, removal or no-support-required decisions as drafts.
- Check the Live Day Board for items needing attention.
- Publish only after the working plan is complete.
- Confirm staff have received or can see the published changes.
