Use a current version of a mainstream browser with JavaScript, cookies and local storage enabled. The coordination workspace is designed for a modern desktop or laptop browser; the Staff and Teacher portals also adapt to phone and tablet screens. For passwordless sign-in, the browser must be able to open the link from the sign-in email. Organisation-level email filtering must allow SupportWise authentication messages. Push alerts require browser notification support and permission on each device. On iPhone or iPad, using Safari, install the Staff portal with Share → Add to Home Screen before enabling alerts when prompted.
If a page behaves unexpectedly, update the browser, reload the page and try a normal browsing window before clearing stored site data.
