# Timetable and daily-operation problems

> Resolve missing periods, conflicts, uncovered sessions and publishing confusion.

## The timetable grid is empty

Confirm that terms, periods and learners are configured for the selected date. Then check the selected week, weekday, planning view and search filters.

## A staff member cannot be assigned

The person may be absent, inactive or already protected by a commitment. Review the conflict information and current period assignments before changing the plan.

## Staff cannot see a saved change

Saved decisions remain in the coordinator working plan. Open Daily Organisation or Live Day Board and send the complete plan. Confirm you are working on the correct date.

## A published change should be removed

Choose **Reset to planned timetable**, review the reset in the working plan, then send it. Discarding changes only removes unpublished drafts.

## An absence shows no affected sessions

The staff member may have no planned learner allocations on that date, or the timetable data may not cover the selected day. Check the planned timetable and date.
