    No. It identifies affected support. A Coordinator/Timetabler decides replacements in Daily Organisation or Live Day Board.

    No. Portal users continue seeing the current published plan until the working plan is sent.

  <Accordion title="Does a daily change alter the master timetable?">
    No. Daily decisions apply to the selected date. Structural changes belong in the Timetable Builder.

  <Accordion title="Can one account access several schools?">
    Yes, when that account has a valid membership or staff link for each school. Check the active workspace before making changes.

  <Accordion title="Do CSV imports delete records?">
    No. Import modes add records or update matches. Deletion is a separate directory action.
