# School branding

> Upload light and dark school logos for the SupportWise workspace.

Administrators can replace the default calendar mark in the coordination sidebar with school branding.

## Supported files

The upload control accepts PNG, JPEG, WebP and SVG images. SupportWise provides separate slots for:

* **Light mode logo** — displayed on light application surfaces.
* **Dark mode logo** — displayed on dark application surfaces.

## Recommended preparation

* Use a square or nearly square logo.
* Keep important marks away from the outer edge.
* Use a transparent background when appropriate.
* Check contrast against both light and dark previews.
* Avoid placing confidential or student information in the image.

    Go to **Settings → Settings**, then find **School branding**.

  <Step title="Choose the mode">
    Select the upload/replace control beside Light mode logo or Dark mode logo.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Review the preview">
    Confirm the logo remains legible inside the square preview.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Repeat for the other mode">
    A dedicated dark-mode variant usually produces better results than reusing one file.
  </Step>

Existing logos can be downloaded or removed from the same card. Removing a logo restores the fallback workspace mark for that mode.
