# Use the Teacher portal

> Request a magic link and view published support attached to your classes.

Open the school-specific Teacher portal link supplied by your Coordinator/Timetabler.

1. Enter your school email address.
2. Select the action to send a magic link.
3. Open the email on the same device and follow the link within one hour.

The portal displays a weekly class timetable. Supported lessons show the learner-support details and assigned Support Staff. Published replacements, unavailable support and whole-class support are labelled in the relevant lesson.

Use the arrows or date picker to move between weeks. The portal only returns classes associated with your linked teacher record and only when the school has enabled Teacher portal access.

  Do not forward a magic link. Request a fresh link if it expires or was opened on the wrong device.
