# Review notifications

> Read operational alerts and open the related SupportWise page.

Open **Notifications** from the coordination workspace. Unread items are marked **New** and the page shows the current unread count.

Select a notification to mark it as read. When an item has a related destination, SupportWise opens that page so you can review the event in context. Use **Mark all read** when every current item has been handled.

Staff absence submissions are delivered to workspace administrators. Other important operational events can also appear here when the corresponding workflow creates them.

  Marking a notification as read does not resolve the underlying event. For an absence, open the related page, acknowledge it and complete any daily support decisions.

Notifications saved in SupportWise remain available even when you were not in the app at the time of the event.
